Kartia Rausen

Kartia is the Managing Director of Telin in Taiwan and Group Head of MVNO and Digital Retail. He oversees operations across Taiwan, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. He focuses on expanding market reach, leveraging innovative digital solutions, and enhancing customer experiences. His leadership is underpinned by a deep understanding of market dynamics, cross-cultural team management, and a results-oriented approach.

Previously, Kartia was the Head of the Telecommunications Area Office in Ungaran, where he led his team in executing business strategies that enhanced market competitiveness and operational efficiency. Since joining Telin in 2014, Kartia has taken on assignments in Taiwan and Hong Kong, where he played a pivotal role in transforming MVNO businesses. By addressing customer needs and optimizing digital retail strategies, he achieved significant revenue growth and long-term sustainability.

He began his career at Telkom Indonesia, specializing in satellite communication, microwave radio systems, and network management. Over the years, he transitioned from technical roles to strategic leadership, contributing to key projects for corporate clients, including major oil and gas companies in Kalimantan.

Kartia holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication) from STT Telkom Bandung, Indonesia. Kartia’s professional journey has been enriched by ongoing development, including a leadership course at Orange Telecom France in 2014, which sharpened his strategic decision-making and organizational management skills. He is passionate about fostering growth, empowering teams, and driving excellence in the telecommunications and digital retail sectors.
