Muhammad Ahsan

Muhammad Ahsan is the VP of Subsidiary Parenting at Telin and also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Telin Taiwan. He is responsible for orchestrating operational support for Telin's global offices across all regions and fostering synergy within the Telkom Group to strengthen the company's business.

He has 27 years of experience in strategic planning, technology planning, business planning, strategic investment, product management, and mobile cellular operations, including both commercial and network operations, as well as wholesale and enterprise business operations.

Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Telin Timor Leste, where he was responsible for the company's expansion in mobile retail, wholesale, and enterprise businesses in the country.

He earned his Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Telkom in 1995 and his Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 1997.
