Jakarta, August 20, 2025 – PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) proudly celebrates Indonesia’s 80th Independence Day with the theme “Freedom to Grow, Healthy Teams, Winning Dreams!” The event brings together Teliners in a vibrant mix of competitions, talent showcases, and motivational sessions aimed at strengthening collaboration and fostering growth within the company.
Throughout the day, Teliners showcased their energy, skills, and teamwork through a series of exciting and fun competitions. Modern digital entertainment took center stage with the Semi-Final and Final matches of Mobile Legends and FC25, where the most competitive teams faced off in thrilling battles to claim the championship titles.
Beyond the excitement of e-sports, the celebration also brought Indonesia’s cultural heritage to life with a variety of traditional games. Participants relived the fun of classic games like Ball Out of the Box, Ballon inside the Cup, Eat Crackers, and Karung Race. The spirit of teamwork shone through in group competitions where teams of five competed in the Moving Plastic Cup with Balloon challenge and the high-energy Flip Bottle –Tic Tac Toe game. More than just fun and laughter, these activities created moments of togetherness and strengthened the bonds of trust among Teliners.
Beyond competitions, the event featured moments of inspiration and creativity. A major highlight was the Telin Got Talent Winners Announcement, where the company recognized and celebrated the outstanding skills and artistic performances of Teliners. After the announcement, the talents also showcased their talent live, making the event more fun.
Adding to the excitement, the event also included a special Fire Briefing session delivered by Telin CTO Abdul Rahman Ansyori, who said, “This event showcases and offers valuable insights, motivation, and encouragement for Teliners as they continue their professional journeys. We are given the freedom to learn, have space to innovate, and get the opportunity to grow so use these opportunities optimally.
The event was conducted in a hybrid format, allowing participants to join both physically and virtually. For those attending onsite, the celebration was held at the Open Space, TLT Floor 16, and TOCC, providing a lively and engaging atmosphere for all activities.
The celebration concluded with a vibrant performance by the TELIN IBO Band, ensuring that all participants—whether onsite or online—enjoyed an atmosphere filled with energy, joy, and music. Meanwhile, Teliners who were unable to join offline still took part in the excitement through an interactive Zoom meeting. This event not only provided a platform for entertainment and fostered a healthy competitive atmosphere but also served as an opportunity for Teliners to showcase their talents, strengthen bonds, and celebrate achievements together.
