Surabaya, 13 January 2017 – CEO of Wholesale and International Business (WIB), Honesti Basyir inaugurated Telin Surabaya Representative Office (RO) Office located at Kebalen Street No. 2. 2 Surabaya, East Java on January 13, 2017. At the inauguration, CEO WIB was accompanied by the President Director of Telin, Faizal R. Djoemadi, Dir. NIT Telin, Nanang Hendarno, EGM Telkom Regional V, Suparwiyanto and other Senior Leaders of Telkom Group.
At the beginning of his speech, Honesti Basyir appreciated the launching of RO Telin Surabaya Office. According to him, the inauguration of RO Surabaya Office is as one of Telkom Group's commitment through Telin in providing the best service to customers and in fulfilling the aspirations of the Company into Global Digital TIMES Hub.
“I am confident with the existing RO Telin Office in Surabaya place the position of Indonesia as a transaction center of cross-country digital business. Where RO Surabaya will operate one of Telkom Group's international marine cable systems SEA-US which connects Manado as the center of East Indonesia to the west coast of USA precisely in the city of Los Angels, where SEA-US itself will start operating in mid-2017 " Honesti said.
Honesti reminded that Telkom Group's ranks remain vigilant against the complex telecommunication business competition. In addition, he requested that the Telkom Group to strengthen the solidity and integrity in presenting the best results for the Company.
Telin's Director of Network and Information Technology, Nanang Hendarno, said RO Telin Surabaya's office was established in 2014. Until December 2016 began to be renovated to better serve customers.

According to Nanang, in providing services to Telkom Group's customers, Telin Surabaya Regional Office (RO) has been "armed" with the latest Information Technology (IT) system either from software or hardware. Currently, the total Human Resources (HR) in the Office of RO Telin Surabaya is as many as four people consisting of one Manager and three Officers who are ready to maintain the quality of Telin services in Eastern Indonesia.
