Batam, 30 October 2025 - Telin has strengthened its collaboration with NeutraDC Nxera Batam through the signing of a Master Service Agreement (MSA) to establish a strategic framework for cooperation in connectivity and data center services. The signing took place during the Topping Off Ceremony of NeutraDC Nxera Batam Hyperscale Data Center at the Kabil Integrated Industrial Estate, Batam.
The agreement was signed by NeutraDC Nxera Batam CEO Indrama Yusuf Muda Purba and Telin CEO in Singapore Indarto Nata, marking a significant step in enhancing the synergy between both entities under Telkom Group. The partnership aims to support NeutraDC’s vision of positioning Batam as a carrier-neutral digital hub that is seamlessly interconnected with Singapore and the wider region.

Through this collaboration, Telin reinforces its strategic role in enabling cross-border connectivity and strengthening regional digital infrastructure to meet the increasing demand for cloud and hyperscale services across Southeast Asia. The partnership will also leverage Telin’s extensive international network and subsea cable systems to connect Batam with major regional hubs, driving digital transformation and data exchange within the region.
NeutraDC Nxera Batam, a joint venture between Telkom Group and Singtel, is developing a large-scale, AI-ready hyperscale data center designed to support massive computing, storage, and networking needs for global digital services. The first building, BTM-1, will deliver an IT load capacity of 18 MW, with total campus capacity projected to reach 54 MW upon full completion in 2026.
