Washington DC, May 6, 2025 - PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) and Radius Telecoms, Inc., a leading telecommunications provider in the Philippines, have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to accelerate international data services and connectivity across the region. The agreement, formalized during International Telecoms Week (ITW US), marks a pivotal moment in advancing digital infrastructure for Philippine businesses.
This strategic alliance is a bold step forward in Telin’s mission to expand its global footprint and strengthen its presence in Southeast Asia. By combining Telin’s world-class international network with Radius’ robust local expertise, the partnership will deliver innovative, scalable solutions that empower Philippine enterprises to connect, compete, and thrive on a global scale.
Under the agreement, Telin will enable Radius to resell its International Ethernet Private Lease Circuit (IEPL) services, making cross-border connectivity seamless and efficient for local companies. Both organizations will also launch annual joint go-to-market
initiatives, offering smarter, more accessible solutions tailored to the unique needs of Philippine businesses.
A key highlight of this collaboration is the integration of Radius’ local infrastructure, including its Point of Presence (PoP), into Telin’s digital connectivity platform, TNeX. This will allow businesses across the Philippines to access Telin’s global network services with unprecedented ease, all from a single online platform.
Kharisma, Chief Commercial Officer at Telin, expressed his vision for the partnership: “This collaboration is more than just a business agreement-it’s a shared commitment to empowering Philippine enterprises. By uniting Telin’s international reach with Radius’ local strength, we’re delivering seamless, scalable solutions that will help businesses grow regionally and globally.”
Radius President & CEO Exequiel “Quiel” C. Delgado for his part, “This partnership strengthens and expands Radius's reach internationally, which translates to better options for our enterprise customers. Furthermore, we are happy to complement Telin's aggressive stance in the Philippine market. Our stronghold areas in Mega Manila, Clark, the rest of Central Luzon, and Cebu are key hot spots for multinational companies.”
With the Philippines’ increasing demand for high-capacity, reliable data services, this partnership is set to drive meaningful, long-term transformation in the nation’s digital landscape. Both Telin and Radius remain dedicated to shaping a more connected, innovative, and prosperous Southeast Asia.
