Jakarta, October 6, 2025 – Telin proudly reaffirms its commitment to nurturing both the spiritual and professional growth of its people through the profound Umrah program, organized by IBO Muslim. This meaningful initiative, generously funded by Muslim Teliners’ Infaq and IBO Muslim Fund, and endorsed by Telin’s board of directors, stands as a testament to Telin’s dedication to holistic employee and outsource staff appreciation. With the guidance and care of IBO Muslim mentors alongside the Telin Human Capital team, two remarkable programs were brought to life this year: the Umrah Support System Batch and the Umrah Outsource Telin Batch 1.
The Umrah Support System Batch 2 welcomed 25 eager participants who underwent rigorous selection and preparation from February to March 2025. Following comprehensive training and assessments, two exemplary individuals, Inah Safitri and Muhammad Soleh, were honoured with a fully sponsored pilgrimage to the Holy Land, made possible by the generosity of Muslim Teliner infaq.
Meanwhile, the Umrah Outsource Telin Batch 1 saw 60 aspirants participate in a competitive selection process held between July and August 2025, involving four stages of testing. Erian Putra Assyakur emerged as the top candidate, earning the opportunity to embark on this transformative journey, fully supported by the Muslim Teliners initiative.
The send-off ceremony on October 6, 2025, was a moment filled with pride and heartfelt prayers, led by Telin CEO Budi Satria Dharma Purba and CFRMO Doni Andriansyah. The Telin Human Capital team and IBO Muslim mentors joined to offer encouragement and spiritual support before the participants’ departure.
This program beautifully encapsulates Telin’s unwavering commitment to balancing spiritual values with professional excellence, while fostering a profound sense of community among Teliners. It serves as a beacon of blessing and inspiration, affirming that personal growth and faith are integral parts of the Telin journey.
