Jakarta, 25 April 2022 – In line with its commitment to deliver service excellence to customers, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) opened a new Representative Office (RO) at Jatinegara, East Jakarta, Indonesia, called Area 2 Jakarta. This office is Telin’s fifth representative office in Indonesia following the Western Region Representative Offices of Batam and Dumai offices, and the Eastern Region Representative Offices of Manado and Surabaya.
The inauguration of the new representative office was held on Monday, 25 April 2020, and was attended by the Telin Board of Directors, CEO Budi Satria Dharma Purba (Busat), CTO Nanang Hendarno, CFBPRMO Doni Andriansyah, CCO Kharisma, Telin EVP Global Digital and Service Operation Suharyoto, Telkom GM Witel East Jakarta Made Okagama, and Telin Directorate Technology Senior Leaders.
“The decision to open the new representative office in Jakarta is critical since most of Telin’s infrastructure located here. We serve most of our hyperscale customers here, so through this office we will serve customers fasters and more efficiently,” said Suharyoto at the opening of the inauguration ceremony.
The event continued to the inauguration ceremony, at which Busat pressed a button and a curtain swung back to reveal the office signboard of Telin RO Area 2 Jakarta, followed by a placard signing.
