Telin Launches Telinternship Batch 2.0 with Stronger Projects and a Dynamic Onboarding Experience

Jakarta, June 2, 2025 – PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) proudly announces the launch of Telinternship Batch 2, an innovative, certified project-based internship program designed to equip final-year students and recent graduates with invaluable hands-on experience in a dynamic professional setting. Running from June 2 to December 2, 2025, this six-month journey promises to be a transformative stepping stone for emerging talent.

Building on the success of its inaugural batch, Telinternship Batch 2 offers eight diverse, real-world projects sourced from various units across the Telin Group. These projects span critical areas including Contract Management, TIASOP/TNEX/UI/IX/Design, Cash Out, Billing & Settlement for WABA, Service Excellence for NeuAPIX, WABA, and NeuTRAFIX, Design Cable Landing Station, and Salesforce Dashboard. Interns will engage deeply with strategic tasks, sharpen their professional skills, and benefit from direct mentorship by industry experts.

Performance throughout the program is rigorously tracked via monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), complemented by regular progress presentations to mentors. Successful participants will be awarded an official Certificate of Achievement, endorsed by Telin’s C-Level executives—an esteemed credential that recognizes their dedication and enhances their career prospects.

This year, Telin proudly integrated the Magenta platform, the official internship portal for Indonesian state-owned enterprises (BUMN), into its recruitment process. Out of 390 applicants, a stringent selection process—including administrative screening, CV and application evaluations, interviews with project owners and mentors, and cultural fit assessments by the Human Capital team—culminated in the selection of eight outstanding interns: seven recent graduates and one final-year student.

The program officially commenced with an inspiring Onboarding Session, where interns were welcomed into the Telin family. They were introduced to Telin’s rich company profile, visionary mission, and core values that define its vibrant culture. The session also provided a detailed overview of project expectations, roles, and responsibilities, setting the stage for a rewarding internship experience.

Doni Andriansyah, Telin’s Chief Financial and Risk Management Officer (CFRMO), opened the event by warmly welcoming the interns and applauding their enthusiasm. He underscored the program’s vital role as a launching pad for promising careers in the fast-evolving telecommunications industry.

Closing the session, Wahyudi Handriyanto, Vice President of Human Capital, delivered a motivational message, “Stay humble and never hesitate to ask questions. True learning begins with the courage to seek knowledge. We don’t have all the answers, and one of the greatest challenges is adapting to new teams and environments. Embrace adaptability and maintain an open mindset—these are the keys to your success.

Following the resounding success of Batch 1, the launch of Batch 2 reaffirms Telin’s unwavering commitment to cultivating young talent and fostering a nurturing environment where future professionals can thrive through meaningful, real-world experiences.
