Jakarta, June 19, 2025 – PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) announced its strong financial and operational results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), held today at the Telkom Landmark Tower, 16th floor.
With the theme “Paving the Way to Seize Stronger Value Growth,” this year’s AGMS reaffirmed Telin’s long-term strategy to drive value creation by strengthening global connectivity, fostering service innovation, and pursuing strategic collaborations. This aligns with the company’s vision to become the digital infrastructure and platform partner of choice for enterprises and hyperscalers in the Asia-Pacific region.
The AGMS was attended by Hendra Kurniawan, Vice President of Subsidiary Financial Planning and Analysis at Telkom Indonesia, representing Telkom Indonesia’s 99.99% shareholding in Telin; Didi Haryadi, holding 0.01% of shares; as well as Telin’s Board of Commissioners and Directors, Notary Shella Falianti S.H., and senior leaders from both Telin and its parent company, Telkom.
Kharisma, Interim Chief Executive Officer of Telin, delivered the report, highlighting the company’s achievements: revenue of IDR 12.12 trillion, up 6%; EBITDA of IDR 1.77 trillion, up 2%; and net profit of IDR 1.03 trillion, up 8% in 2024. Revenue growth was primarily driven by contributions from global customers, in line with Telin’s focus on international expansion and value-added service development.
In 2024, Telin demonstrated resilience and adaptability amid rising competition from OTT services and global external pressures. Through strategic initiatives, Telin strengthened its global connectivity by advancing strategic submarine cable systems and expanding digital infrastructure.
Telin also enhanced its digital platform capabilities by launching new features and improving service flexibility. Key initiatives included the launch of TNeX, integration of IPification for user authentication, and the development of strategic cable systems such as SEA-US, SEA-ME-WE 6, and SJC2.
Internally, Telin undertook a holistic transformation focused on strengthening human capital, operational systems, and productivity, supported by leadership scholarship programs and employee recognition initiatives. These efforts reflect Telin’s ongoing commitment to sustainable value creation and to positioning Indonesia as a major player in global digital connectivity.
