Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) respects your privacy and personal information by fulfilling the laws and regulations related to the personal data protection, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (“Indonesian PDP Law”) and its implementing regulations, and/or other relevant laws and regulations. Personal Data are data regarding individuals who are identified or can be identified separately or in combination with other information, either directly or indirectly (“Personal Data”). In this Privacy Policy, we let you know how your Personal Data is collected, how we use the data, and how we keep the information secure.
Your using our products and services is a confirmation of your acceptance to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you can stop using our products and services and stop providing Telin with your Personal Data.
Telin collects your Personal Data when you use our products/services, and involve in campaigns and/or research related to our products and services, and from the following:

- Use of product and services
- Your transaction with us.
The Personal Data that Telin will collect from you, will include: (i) name, (ii) company, (iii) email, (iv) phone number, and (v) address. Telin will collect your Personal Data by verbal, in writing, through electronic records, audio recording, by videotaping, or otherwise.
Your Personal Data may be used by Telin, its Subsidiaries and Parent Company (Telkom Indonesia) for the purposes of:
- confirmation, notification, and any purposes related to after sales service and contract sales;

- Rights of termination, erasure, and/or disposal of Personal Data;
- Rights to withdraw consent given to data controllers to process its Personal Data;

- Rights to delay or limit the processing of Personal Data proportionately in accordance with the purpose of personal data processing; and
- Rights to claim and receive compensation over Personal Data processing violations.

- Rights to transfer their personal data to another Personal Data controller, as long as the systems used can communicate securely in accordance with the principles of Personal Data protection.
Telin provides trainings to our team and maintain internal regulation and appropriate measures in managing your Personal Data.
Security Measures for Personal Data Processing
Your Personal Data is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your Personal Data.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Transfer of Personal Data
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personal Data unless we have received consent from you. The foregoing, however, does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. For any process of transfer of Personal Data outside of the jurisdiction of Republic of Indonesia, Telin will ensure that: (i) the receiving country will have the adequate and/or higher Personal Data protection level than those that are regulated under the Indonesian PDP Law; (ii) if the country does not have any adequate and/or higher Personal Data protection level, Telin will ensure that the country has a binding PDP rule; and (iii) if point (i) and (ii) is not fulfilled, Telin will obtain a written consent from the Personal Data subject.
Correction, Erasure, and/or Destruction of Data
As Telin customers, you have a right to know what your Personal Data in our record. You also have the right and obligation to complete, update, and/or correct errors and/or inaccuracies in your Personal Data by writing Telin . Telin will ensure that Telin will process your request for no later than 3x24 hours from the time that Telin receives your complete request.
You also have the right to request Telin to delete and/or destroy the personal data you have submitted to Telin.
Telin will ensure that your Personal Data will be immediately deleted in the event that:
- your Personal Data are no longer necessary for the achievement of purposes for the personal data processing as written under this Privacy Policy;
- you have withdrawn in writing your consent to the Personal Data processing;
- you written request for the deletion of Personal Data; or
- your Personal Data are obtained and/or processed in an unlawful manner.
Telin will ensure that your Personal Data will be immediately destroyed in the event that:
- the retention period (as described below) has expired and is described as being destroyed based on the archive retention schedule;
- you request for the destruction of Personal Data;
- not related to the settlement of the legal process of a case; and/or
- your Personal Data are obtained and/or processed in an unlawful manner.
Access to Your Personal Data
Telin will ensure that all processing activities involving your Personal Data are recorded. You may request access to and/or a copy of the Personal Data you have shared with Telin by submitting a written request to the contact information provided below.
Retention Period
Telin will retain your Personal Data for at least 5 (five) years or as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected for, unless Telin has received a written request from you for the deletion or destruction of your Personal Data, or other applicable cause of deletion and/or destruction occurs.
Withdrawal of Consent
As a Personal Data subject, you will have the rights (a) to withdraw the consent you submitted for the Personal Data processing carried out by Telin, and (b) to unsubscribe from direct marketing messages from Telin, by submitting a written request to the Contact Information we provided below.
Amendment of Privacy Policy
Telin may amend this Privacy Policy to protect your Personal Data, and/or to observe amendment of laws, rules, and guidelines. Such amendments will be informed in this official website or through electronic direct messaging.
