Our IPX provides a next generation interconnect solutions that follows the GSMA's four key principles for successful IP interworking: openness, quality, cascading payments and efficient connectivity.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)1. Availabilityminimum level of 99.95% for availability for all traffic classesnote: In order to reach this number, network element or link used need to implemented redundantly.2. Packet Loss Rate (PLR)Packet Lost Rate (PLR) is equal or less than 0.1% for all traffic classes except Best Effort traffic classnote: Packet drop is caused by over-utilization on access point link is not included in this PLR calculation. Access link utilization exceeding 70% (measured in the interval of 5 minutes) may cause packet loss.3. Round Trip Delay (RTD)RTD is varied between origin locations & different destinations for all traffic classesnote: Telin will share RTD measurement & calculation in its IPX network to guarantee to other party (customer/peering partner).4. JitterMaximum of 10ms for Jitter for Conversational Class & Streaming Classnote: Telin will guarantee average monthly jitter between peering point and edge router from IPX network
