JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Presenting Unit Program as direction to achieve target, and translating functional strategy, narrowing Management Contract (KM) down, composing unit’s performance indikator.
  2. Achieving Unit’s target expansively by disseminating Unit’s Program to his/her team, formulating Individual Performance Target (SKI), alocating resource appropriately, implementing programs defined, monitoring and reviewing achievement of SKI periodically.
  3. Ensuring implementation of internal control and risk control consitently through monitoring directly towards all process, risk mapping, risk mitigation planning, creating risk report periodically.
  4. Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with Telkomsel.
  5. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the bridge between Telkomsel (business), Meta (platform provider), and Telin (execution) to keep priorities, timelines, and deliverables aligned.
  6. Requirement Gathering: Collect campaign objectives, KPIs, and feature requests directly from Telkomsel.
  7. Campaign Translation & Enablement: Support Telkomsel effectively across campaigns and chatbot operations Convert business requirements into executable technical flows.
  8. Feature Development Alignment: Capture Telkomsel’s new feature needs (e.g., Cloud API migration, new WhatsApp formats like buttons/lists, payments) and coordinate with Telin DevSecOps teams to deliver.
  9. Issue Escalation & Resolution: Monitor campaign operations, identify system issues (delivery errors, bugs, version mismatches), and coordinate resolution with Telin tech teams and Meta support.
  10. Innovation Scouting: Proactively identify new Meta tools, AI features, and best practices, bringing recommendations to Telkomsel for adoption.
  11. Additional Responsibility: Work with other high-potential (HiPO) accounts as well within our portfolio Provide training and knowledge transfer to our existing teams recommend enhancements and upgrades for existing platforms to meet industry standards and customer requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  1. Bachelor degree in any major;
  2. 8-10 years in same field, with significant strategic experience.
