JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Presenting Unit Program as direction to achieve target, and translating functional strategy, narrowing Management Contract (KM) down, composing unit’s performance indikator.
- Achieving Unit’s target expansively by disseminating Unit’s Program to his/her team, formulating Individual Performance Target (SKI), alocating resource appropriately, implementing programs defined, monitoring and reviewing achievement of SKI periodically.
- Ensuring implementation of internal control and risk control consitently through monitoring directly towards all process, risk mapping, risk mitigation planning, creating risk report periodically.
- Managing the availability of service configuration support, provisioning and service new/out of standard to the needs of connectivity services.
- Managing the availability and capability of resources related to connectivity services from time to time.
- Managing availability and capability of resources relating to digital connectivity, digital platform, digital service, IT & Marketplace.
- Establishing strategies and policies related to Telin’s backbone infrastructure with respect to SLA.
- Coordinating in performing function design, solution, and reengineering related to infrastructure.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Telecommunication
- 7-15 year’s experience in Information Technology and Network Communication infrastructure (Design, Engineering, Implementation & Optimization).
- Having Strong Technical Skills, such as Networking Protocols, Network Devices, Network Management Tools, OS, Troubleshooting, etc
- Having Good Leadership and Communication Skills, Ability to Manage Project and Produce Quality Reporting
- Having Related International Certification is an Advantage
