G.E. Dhany Widjajanta

G.E. Dhany Widjajanta, known as Dhany, serves as the SVP of Governance & Compliance Group of Telin and Chairman of Telin in Australia. He has more that three decades of rich experience in the Corporate Governance Risk & Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Regulatory Management, Corporate Communication, Data Protection, IPR, Corporate Restructuring, Merger & Acquisitions, and Corporate Finance. Certified in Enterprise Risk Governance (CERG) and Leadership Programs.

Previously, Dhany held several strategic roles such as Principle Expert Transformation Management Office, Telin, VP Corporate Counsel, Telkomsel, VP Corporate Secretary, Telin, and General Counsel of Corporate Affairs & Finance PT Indosat Tbk, among others.

Dhany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law from the Universitas Indonesia and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the Universitas Pelita Harapan.

He has also completed the International Leadership Development Program at Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona, USA, and the Strategic Leadership Program at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Additionally, Dhany is a Certified Enterprise Risk Governance (CERG) professional by ERMA Singapore, a Certified Chief Governance Officer (CCGO) by the Indonesian Professional Certification Authority, and a Qualified Risk Governance Professional (QRGP) by the same authority.
