Dili, Timor-Leste, September 22, 2025 – Telkomcel – subsidiary of Telin, Timor-Leste’s leading telecommunications provider, marks its 13th anniversary on September 17, 2025, with a bold new theme: #13eyondConnection, a tribute to its journey from building networks to building the nation. Since its founding in 2012, Telkomcel has grown from a mobile service provider into a digital catalyst for change. With over a decade of innovation, infrastructure expansion, and community engagement, the company now celebrates not just its longevity, but its impact.

The celebration began on September 17 with a heartfelt mass held at Don Bosco Chapel, Dili, where Telkomcel employees, partners, and community members gathered in gratitude and reflection. The spiritual ceremony set the tone for a day rooted in purpose and unity.
Following the mass, Telkomcel continued the anniversary celebration with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities by distributing 1,300 food and beverage packages to 1,300 people across 13 districts in Timor-Leste, as part of its commitment to supporting the community. In addition, Telkomcel is also providing daily grocery necessities to 100 households in Baucau, Liquica, and Dili, ensuring continuous support for families in need. Furthermore, Telkomcel facilitated 100 school students across districts by equipping them with computers, strengthening digital literacy and supporting the nation’s future generation.
As part of the celebration, Telkomcel also shared the joy with employees in Telin Jakarta offices by sending juices, bagels, and yoghurt parfaits to be enjoyed together, fostering a sense of unity and connection across borders.
