Jakarta, April 23, 2025 - PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) energized the spirit of innovation by hosting Investor Day 2025 at Telkom Landmark Tower (TLT), 16th floor. Teliners from across the globe-including our colleagues in Timor-Leste-joined virtually, underscoring Telin’s unity and collaborative spirit.
Investor Day stands as a dynamic platform for Teliners to channel their creativity, nurture groundbreaking ideas, and introduce innovations with the potential to become transformative products or services. Through the unique T-Coins system, fellow Teliners act as investors, supporting each other’s visions and fueling a culture of entrepreneurship. This year’s kickoff featured 23 bold ideas, presented directly by their visionary leaders-the Featured Innovators.
The Telintrapreneur Program Journey is a cornerstone initiative designed to spark and sustain a culture of innovation within Telin. By empowering every employee to contribute ideas, the program unlocks opportunities to create real-world solutions and businesses. Submissions are welcomed in two categories: Wholesale & Carrier (WS) and MDR, MNO & Enterprise (MDR). Spanning six phases from October 2024 to November 2025, the journey takes participants from awareness to revenue acceleration, ensuring every idea receives the support it needs to thrive.
In his inspiring opening remarks, Wendhyharto Kusumaatmadja, Group Head of Digital Initiative and Telintrapreneur Taskforce Lead, highlighted the power of clear communication: “No slides are needed-every idea must be delivered verbally, so all Telin investors, wherever they are, can understand and invest.” He encouraged innovators to seize every moment to refine their pitches as they prepare for the next stage: Shark Tank.
Of the 23 ideas presented, up to 10 will advance to the next round. A fast-track route to Shark Tank is available for ideas that secure the required T-Coins investment, bypassing initial selection. “From Shark Tank, 13 ideas will be shortlisted, narrowed to 8 main contenders, and finally, 5 will reach the ultimate stage-market research, validation, and the final judgment day,” Wendhyharto explained.
The heart of the event was the innovators’ presentations, split into two sessions. The passion and enthusiasm on display reflected Telin’s culture of exploration, diverse perspectives, and readiness to tackle today’s business challenges.
