Singapura, 18 June 2014 – The growth of content business trends encourages Telin to initiate several new business initiatives in content management that are able to contribute significantly as Telin's new revenue engine. One of the services that Telin developed in 2014 is Media Content Hub (MaCH) to realize Telin's target as a mediahub and increase the value of existing infrastructure.

One such effort was realized through the signing of a joint venture with PurpleStream on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. The signing was conducted on the sidelines of the 2014 CommunicAsia event by Natigor Sitorus, Director of Marketing and Sales Telin and Karthik Subramanian, CEO of PurpleStream Convergence Pte LtdAlso present were Dian Rachmawan, CEO of Telin Hong Kong and Henri Setiawan Wyatno, VP Innovation Management at this event.

Purple Stream is a Singapore-based company offering video content delivery solution with its main product called PurpleCloud. PurpleCloud is a Broadband Broadcast Cloud-based platform that enables the distribution of video content to devices that can connect to the internet. Video content delivery technology offered combines Adaptive Bit Rate Optimization technology with Single Source Multi Device (SSMD).

The cooperation between Telin and PurpleStream is that Telin will use the PurpleStream solution as a constituent component of Telin MaCH so that Telin MaCH can be a one-stop solution for content owners of live video and broadcasting companies in distribution.

The signing of this cooperation document is the culmination of a series of meetings and discussions conducted by PurpleStream with Telin since the fourth quarter of 2013, to create a profitable business scheme between both parties. ***Corcomm
