Jakarta, May 20, 2025 – PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) proudly reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to women’s empowerment and leadership development through its flagship initiative, Be Woman On Board (BWOB), a cornerstone of the #TelinEmpowHer movement. After a dynamic and transformative journey filled with learning and growth, the BWOB 2025 program culminated in an inspiring Closing Ceremony held today, honoring the remarkable achievements of its winners and participants.
The event opened with a heartfelt speech by Aulia Chamdun, Lead Committee of #TelinEmpowHer, setting a tone of celebration and empowerment. A compelling video montage followed, capturing the powerful journeys of the winners — highlighting their personal growth, breakthrough moments, and the invaluable lessons gained throughout the program.
In a moving session, the winners were presented with certificates of appreciation, symbolizing their dedication and resilience. The BWOB Steering Committee further recognized their outstanding spirit by awarding mock-up prizes, celebrating the passion and commitment each winner brought to the program.
A defining moment came as the winners received trophies from their Board of Directors (BoD) whom they shadow, marking the successful completion of their shadowing experience. This segment also offered a unique platform for BoD members to share their reflections and strategic insights, reinforcing the mutual value and inspiration drawn from the program.
Doni Andriansyah, Telin’s CFRMO, emphasized the program’s potential for growth, “BWOB is a powerful initiative that continues to evolve. While we celebrate its successes, we remain open to feedback to make next year’s program even stronger. We hope our winners will carry forward the lessons learned, inspiring their peers and amplifying this positive momentum across Telin. This program enriches not only the participants but also our leadership, fostering a culture of continuous learning and empowerment.”

The 2025 BWOB program brought together 15 passionate participants from Telin’s Global Offices, culminating in 8 finalists and 4 outstanding winners whose enthusiasm and dedication set a high standard. As the program closes this year, it opens a new chapter of broader contributions toward a more inclusive, diverse, and transformative future for Telin.
