CEO WINS Telkom and CEO Telin Witnessed the Spirit of Telkomcel Warriors

Dili, 22-24 June 2022 – Telin established Telin Timor-Leste on September 17th, 2012 under the brand name “Telkomcel”. In the 10 years since the establishment of Telkomcel, Telin Timor-Leste has delivered innovative digital solutions to accelerate and support the development of various industries for the prosperity of Timor-Leste.

On June 22-24, 2022, Telin President Commissioner Bogi Witjaksono, who concurrently serves as Telkom CEO Wholesale and International Service (WINS), visited Telin Timor-Leste, along with Telin CEO Budi Satria Dharma Purba, and Telkom VP Strategy Planning & Performance Muhammad Rofik. The objective was to meet important Telkomcel stakeholders who have successful supported Telkomcel’s business in Timor-Leste, and to visit Teliners in Timor-Leste in person.

Upon landing in Dili, Telin Timor-Leste CEO Benedictus Ardiyanto Priyo welcomed the team. Shortly after, the team went for a courtesy visit to Indonesian Ambassador for Timor-Leste, H.E. Okto Dorinus Manik. At this special occasion, Bogi and team thanked the Ambassador for his tremendous support for Telin Timor-Leste in facing telco and digital industry challenges globally.

Next, Bogi and team met the President of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, H.E. José Ramos Horta, offering warm congratulations on his re-election and wishing him the best of success in his future endeavours. On behalf of Telin Group, Bogi also expressed his sincere gratitude for the government’s trust and support of Telin Timor-Leste's presence, and reiterated Telin’s commitment to help Timor-Leste develop its local resources through capacity-building programs.
