Jakarta, May 28, 2025 — Telin once again held its monthly event, COCA May 2025: #UnitedInEmpowHer, an initiative designed to support personal and professional growth through enhanced skills and shared knowledge. The event took place from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Andromeda and Nexus, 16th floor, Telkom Landmark Tower (TLT).
The event began with a warm welcome from CFRMO - Doni Andriansyah, who congratulated the team on the successful execution of COCA May 2025: #UnitedInEmpowHer. In his speech, he highlighted the meaningful sessions, stating, “Today’s agenda is very exciting with the theme United in Empowerment and an engaging workshop. What makes this special is the energy and intention behind it. We aim to create a relevant, inclusive workplace—where diverse backgrounds and ideas come together to build a more productive, vibrant environment.”
Following the opening, the event continued with a photo session and a special talk session with the TelinEmpowHer Committee representatives, Aulia Chamdun (Lead Committee), Arsila Chairunisa (Co-Lead Committee) and Mira Permata (Secretary).
They introduced the structure of the TelinEmpowHer Committee 2024–2025, making up the Steering Committee, quarterly teams (Q1–Q4), and Human Capital support. They also shared insights into programs that have been running since 2024 and gave a preview of upcoming initiatives planned for 2025.
"Beyond acquiring knowledge, we believe in fostering personal and professional growth," said Mira. She highlighted the importance of experiential learning through EmpowHer programs like BWOB (Be Women on Board), which give participants the chance to step into leadership roles and learn by doing. "Opportunities for shadowing and self-discovery like this aren't common in every organization. Many employees are eager to join but still hesitate. That's exactly why we're here—to support, inspire, and create an environment where growth is possible," she added.
The year 2025 marks a ‘level-up’ moment, as programs will continue to grow in scope, aligning with global standards while providing space for participants to highlight their skills, share knowledge, and advance their careers.
Aulia noted, “We hope that the strong commitment from Telin’s Management, along with the enthusiasm and dedication we bring as the Committee, resonates with all Teliners,”. “Our mission is to grow together, uplift one another, and foster active participation. That’s why we always gather feedback after each program—continuous improvement is at the heart of what we do.”
She added, “Our EmpowHer journey within Telin has taught us so much, and we hope fellow Teliners feel inspired and empowered to join our upcoming initiatives. These programs are by us, for us. Your feedback is invaluable—it drives our evolution and helps us make a lasting impact.”
The discussion session was followed by a group photo with the Committee and Teliners. The event then moved on to the Winner of pre-event Photo Showcase with Theme: "Who Inspires You?" featuring selected candidates and announcing the winners. The energy continued to rise with an interactive quiz, full of engaging questions about the event that participants enthusiastically took part in.
Next was the perfumery workshop, where participants were divided into teams to create their own signature scents. Guided by professional perfumers, the workshop included a walkthrough of perfume history, scent categories, and an insightful Q&A session that made the experience both educational and enjoyable.
To close the day, a final group photo session was held to celebrate the unity, spirit, and continued empowerment within the Telin community.
