Jakarta, 31 July 2019 – Telin marks another notable journey by placing two employees as Indonesia Young Woman Future Business Leader, they are Detriana Margita Sari - Marketing Research and Strategy Manager and Rumondang Agustina Nainggolan – Partnership and Sourcing Manager Regional I. The event took place on 31 July 2019 at Hotel Shangri-La, Jakarta with awards delivered by event’s host Kemal Effendi Gani - Editor in Chief SWA Magazine.
The assessment prior gaining the awards applied for young women professionals aged up to 35 years old who occupies job positions as Manager, General Manager, or Director. Applicants submitted their writings about visionary steps and breakthrough initiatives that bring the company into the top three in respective industry in Indonesia. Afterwards, 10 participants with the best paper were selected to present their paper in front of board of jury.
The jury are Chief Corporate Communications Officer PT Astra International Tbk – Pongki Pamungkas, Managing Director PT Multistrada Agro International – Kartika Antono, The Federation of Indonesian Metalworks Industries - Rahajeng Aditya, and Partner of Dunamis – Tommy Sudjarwadi.
Detriana showcased her success in building Telin’s customer experience system, myTelin an application-based system that supports Company direction to be more customer-centric. As for Rumondang, she managed to conduct four strategies to strengthen partnership and sourcing, namely conducting customer orientation, forming great employees, making solution products, and creating competition value with global partners.
Indonesia Young Woman Future Business Leader 2019 Award is carried out by SWA to appreciate these young women who have successfully dedicated their life for work and family. Congrats Detriana and Rumondang, may these achievement could inspire other women!
