This collaboration covers a number of activities, namely the Research and Community Service Program in line with each party’s Field of Expertise, Learning, Research, and Community Service. The human resources of Telin and SGU will collaborate to hold these activities.
The Research and Community Service program provides opportunities for SGU students to support Telin in all of its digital innovation as well as its development of digital solutions. In terms of Learning, it opens opportunities for Telin's management and employees to share their knowledge and expertise as guest lecturers in classes and webinars.
Furthermore, for Research, this collaboration creates opportunities for both parties to exchange information, data and information related to comprehension and / or testing of the solutions being developed by Telin. This collaboration will also deliver added value for SGU in creating practical applications, on top of the theory that they learn in the classroom.
Both Telin and SGU already have community service programs and activities, which will be enriched through the collaboration between these two institutions with more optimal benefits. These activities will leverage science and technology to create a more prosperous society and educate the nation.
Sukardi Silalahi expressed his appreciation: "This collaboration was carried out with the aim of enhancing Telin's human resources’ capabilities by knowledge sharing between Telin’s employees and SGU students, whereby Telin also enjoyed support from SGU in the form of the latest ideas and research. SGU is a university which has international teaching standards, which apply to all teaching staff and students. Thus, the collaboration between Telin and SGU is a mutually beneficial collaboration between the two institutions. "
Filiana Santoso said, "This collaboration between Private Parties and Universities for the benefit of the community is a tangible implementation of Tri Dharma in Higher Education which consists of the elements of Teaching, Research and Community Service.
