Jakarta, 3 January 2023 – Telin CEO and acting CTO Budi Satria Dharma Purba officially wrapped up the Telin SIAGA Christmas and New Year (NARU) 2022-2023 period Telin SVP GDSO Suharyoto, Telin’s subsidiary CEOs, Technology Directorate Senior Leaders, and representatives from Network Areas joined the event offline and as well as virtually on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023 at World Hub Operation and Command Center (WHOCC), Kalibata, Jakarta Selatan.
Telin VP Customer Service Operation Edi Siswanto reported that the Maximize Business Program achieved 108% of target revenue growth at IDR 6 Bio or reach 108%. Global Internet traffic in December 2022 was relatively stable at about 9.1 Tbps, growing 11% from 2021. Total traffic in the 2022-2023 NARU season increased by 33.08%. The success of the Maximize Business program was made possible by all Teliners. In total, Telin Group activated 13 posts with 220 staff. A total of 74 activities were conducted to Ensure 3C (Capacity, Configuration, & Capability) including Rehearsal test and Network security audit (Penetration Test).
As for the Charity for the World programs, which were carried out in all countries where Telin is present, the programs achieved 104% of the revenue target or IDR 300 Mio.

There were no serious issues during the season and all the programs were carried out successfully.
