Jakarta, October 14, 2025 — PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) held an inspiring Knowledge Sharing session titled “Learning from the Best”, where Telin’s Best Employee awardees shared their personal stories, global learnings, and experiences from executive education programs at some of the world’s most prestigious universities. The offline session took place at Nexus-Andromeda meeting room and was also joined online by Teliners, drawing enthusiastic participation from across the company. 

The event created a space for past Best Employee winners to reflect on their growth journeys and inspire fellow Teliners to pursue continuous learning and excellence. They shared valuable lessons and experiences from London Business School, MIT Sloan, Harvard Business School, and Stanford University, where they had the unique opportunity to learn side by side with C-level leaders, Directors, and Business Owners from around the world. 

Three remarkable Teliners took the stage to tell their stories — Sotarduga Lamhot Sihombing (Best Employee 2021, Exploiting Disruption in a Digital World at London Business School), Dicky Hidayat (Best Employee 2023 & 2024, Leading the AI-Driven Organization at MIT Sloan and Driving Corporate Performance at Harvard Business School), and Zulfaa Putri Nabiilah (Best Employee 2022, Big Data Decisions: Strategy to Action at Stanford University). The session was moderated by Arsila Chairunnisa (Best Employee 2022, MIT Sloan), who guided an engaging conversation on leadership, global perspectives, and learning beyond the classroom. 

Throughout the talk show, the speakers shared not only business insights but also the human side of their experiences — moments that shaped their mindset, resilience, and appreciation for global collaboration. From lively classroom discussions with industry experts to cultural experiences that broadened their worldview, each story offered a reminder that learning goes far beyond academic achievement. 

We hope through this Knowledge Sharing, our experiences can inspire other Teliners to keep learning, keep challenging themselves, and keep contributing to Telin’s shared success, remarked by Pri Handoko, VP Corporate Affairs.
