Telin Wins the People and Culture Award at the World Communication Awards 2021

London, 26 October 2021 - Telin was honoured by Terrapinn in the 23rd World Communication Awards (WCA) with the prestigious “People and Culture Award” award on October 26th, 2021. Telin was also nominated for Best Wholesale Operator and CEO of the Year for its sterling work. The event was held at the Business Design Centre, London, United Kingdom as part of the Total Telecom Congress 2021. Recipients received at this hybrid event received the awards both live and virtually.

Over its 21 years, the World Communication Awards have recognized innovation and excellence for global telecoms, and today continue to be the most prestigious award in the telecom industry. The Awards have evolved to recognize major trends and technologies, with categories revised every year to ensure their ongoing relevance to the rapidly evolving communications ecosystem. Every entry that has made the shortlist chosen by a panel consisting of more than seventy judges, all of whom are recognizably expert and independent figures from across the world.

Competing with major telecommunications companies all around the world, Telin has continued to develop the competitiveness of its Human Resources by strategically focusing on its Digital Human Capital journey towards Upscaling the Global Employee Experience. This resulted Telin’s work experience index improving from 73.33% in 2019 to 82.41% in 2020, which is excellent; improved employee engagement index scores from 74.90% in 2019 to 81.37, indicating high engagement; better organizational health index levels from 74.51% in 2019 to an excellent 81.24%; and a healthy score of 56.8% for Telin’s AKHLAK Culture Health Index. Finally, employee productivity increased 122.3% yoy to reach IDR 3.53 Bio per employee.
