The AGMs showcased Telin's subsidiaries accomplishments in 2022, highlighting achievements in hyperscaler revenue, data services, retail growth, and realigned business strategies, reinforcing prospects for continued sustainable expansion.

Telin's Subsidiaries Report Impressive Performance and Growth for the 2022 Financial Year at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting

Jakarta, 20 June 2023 – Telin officially kicked off its subsidiaries’ Annual General Meetings (AGMS) on Wednesday, March 29th, 2023. Telin Timor Leste was the first subsidiary to hold its Annual General Meeting for the 2022 Financial Year, followed by Telin USA, Telin Malaysia, Telin Australia, Telin Hong Kong, Telin Taiwan, and Telin Singapore. The meetings, which were conducted from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. West Indonesia time, were conducted in hybrid mode.

Board members from each subsidiary attended the event, namely Budi Satria Dharma Purba, Kharisma, Widjajanto Budi Sulistijo, G.E. Dhany Widjajanta, Michael Adiguna, Dato Hod bin Fariman, Azmal Yahya, Pri Handoko and Wahyudi Handriyanto. The CEOs of all Telin subsidiaries were also present, namely Doni Andriansyah, Indarto Nata, Devy Parlindungan Siregar, I Ketut Alit Atmaja, Kurnia Mareza, Raden Bayu Hartoko, and Andreuw Th.A.F., representing shareholders, also attended the meeting.

During the meetings, the subsidiaries presented and discussed their key achievements for 2022. Telin USA delivered strong hyperscaler revenue growth YoY, while Telin Singapore recorded significant data services revenue growth and Telin Hong Kong achieved positive revenue growth in a challenting climate. Telin Taiwan successfully grew retail revenue, with Digital Retail Products (Kartu Nusantara, Fascon and Grapari Global) as the main contributor. Meanwhile, Telin Malaysia recorded solid Wholesale Data revenue growth, and Telin Australia succeeded in realigning its business strategy to become a wholesale carrier and enterprise telecommunication provider.

Going forward, it is hoped that Telin will be able to build on the strong performance of its subsidiaries in 2022 to sustain its positive growth.
