This innovative digital exchange facilitates transparent and direct connections between buyers and sellers of voice, SMS, and virtual number services, using a Pay As You Go (PAYG) model. It enables prepaid solutions, direct deals, and improved margins while accelerating time-to-market with API access and enhancing fraud protection in one comprehensive platform.
Amid economic challenges and the COVID-19 pandemic, Telin achieved significant financial growth in 2020, with operating income reaching Rp9.62 trillion, a 28% increase. The company also reported a remarkable 346% growth in profit, reaching Rp834.44 billion, driven by the rapid expansion of its digital services.

Singaporean company Keppel T&T, Facebook subsidiary Keppel Midgard Holdings, and Indonesian firm PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) have agreed to jointly own and develop the Bifrost Cable System. The subsea cable system will connect Singapore to the west coast of North America through Indonesia and the Pacific Ocean. Upon completion in 2024, it will be the world's first cable system to offer this direct connection, spanning over 15,000 km. The Bifrost Cable System aims to address the growing demand for internet connectivity in the Southeast Asian region, catering to both consumers and businesses.
