Telin Provides Reliefs During COVID-19 Hit Amid the Work From Home Mode

In April 2020, Telin activated its social program, "Telin Berbagi," to assist people and communities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The program involved distributing basic supplies and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to medical workers and volunteers in hospitals in the Greater Jakarta and Banten areas. Telin collaborated with Edelweiss Bhakti Utama to provide food to homeless individuals and worked with the Cita Insani Negeri Foundation to distribute basic necessities and PPE to various hospitals and organizations. The program aimed to ease the burden on those affected by the pandemic and show solidarity during these challenging times.

Telin Subsidiaries Step Up to Support Local Communities

Telin and its subsidiaries have taken various social initiatives to help mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in their communities. In Hong Kong, Telin supported the renovation of the Al-Falah Mosque. In Malaysia, Telin distributed basic supplies to Indonesian workers and organized an event for local workers during Ramadan. Telin USA and Indonesian Diaspora Network - South California distributed supplies to affected families in Los Angeles. In Timor Leste, Telin conducted four goodwill initiatives, including donating supplies and personal protective equipment. In Taiwan, Telin supported At-Taqwa Mosque and the Indonesian Diaspora Network. In Myanmar, Telin distributed masks to customers, employees, and the Indonesian Embassy in Myanmar.

Annual General Meeting Telin Financial Year 2019 Highlights Initiatives to Achieve Profitability

Telin held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the 2019 Financial Year with a theme centered on profitability through innovation, digital initiatives, and accelerating enterprise business. The AGM was conducted over Zoom due to the COVID-19 pandemic and addressed various important agendas, including the approval of the annual report, utilization of net profit, the appointment of a public accountant office, remuneration, and changes in the composition of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners. Sukardi Silalahi, Telin's President Director, presented Telin's performance, highlighting a 24% revenue growth to IDR 7,506 billion in 2019 and improved profitability. The company's transformation and innovation efforts, ranging from organizational and cultural changes to IT transformation, played a crucial role in achieving these results. Additionally, the AGM approved changes in the composition of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors to further enhance Telin's strategic leadership.

Doctor from Telin Breaks Records with 45 International Journal Publications

Jakarta, January 21, 2020 – Leonardus Wahyu Wasono Mihardjo, the Chief Finance and Business Partner Officer (CFBPO) at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin), has achieved a significant milestone in his academic journey. He successfully completed his Doctor of Research in Management (DRM) from Bina Nusantara (Binus) University. Leonardus's dissertation, titled "Kinerja Transformasional pada Bisnis Digital di Industri Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK)" (Transformation in Digital Business in the Information and Communication Technology Industry), is remarkable for its substantial contributions to academic journals.
